Support requests via email

Support requests received via email over the last 7 days have been intermittent due to a server migration.

We've just received all emails that hadn't been received prior, and now everything should be working as per normal.

We apologise for any support tickets that haven't been replied to promptly, and we've taken action to insure that support outages can be prevented in the future.
